Marius Hirschel, up-and-coming Berlin-based hairdresser and fashion stylist, has grabbed our attention in recent months, with this individual aesthetic combining both elegance and sharp structure.
Coming from the rural area of Wittlich, West Germany, he later became an apprentice at Der Salon-Friseure in Cologne and Vidal Sassoon in Hamburg, before moving to Berlin and taking up his role as a qualified hairdresser at the Vidal Sassoon hair salon, just off Kurfürstendamm.
He has since gone on to expand his own work, launching his own website, focusing on hair and fashion styling. Working alongside other up-and-coming photographers and makeup artists, he has been a key feature in editorials, gaining wide experience in the industry, and providing high quality portraiture for some of Berlin’s brightest new models.
His aesthetic is both a mixture of minimal elegance, creating stylish slicked back looks ideal for formal events, as well as conceptual structured designs, pushing the boundaries of hair styling, creating a distinctly modern aesthetic.
His latest editorial is a display of his finest work and most cutting edge designs to date, pushing the boundaries of structure, elegance, and minimalism. You can check out his work at Mariushirschel.de
