Sissi Goetze opened the salon presentations here at the tent yesterday. As soon as the doors of the studio shows opened, everyone got sucked into Goetze’s world of desaturated blues, minimal details and soft silhouettes. Goetze’s designs are known for the pattern which she designed for her graduation two years ago, where the torso and arm patterns exist as one piece. Recurring details in this collections are the layering of the arm sleeves and pant legs, creating layers in unexpected areas. Small button details and hidden closures also elements of Goetze’s signature designs, help create a collection of elegant uniforms that is subdued, smart, and functional.
